New structure and ownership strengthen Teamtronic

Means new synergies within the companies focus areas

The owners of one of Europe’s most innovative and productive suppliers of components and modules for e.g. visual and acoustic information systems has decided to sell the company to Ledtech A/S. The decision was made in order to secure the further development of the company.

The owners of Ledtech inform, that Ledtech during a longer period has been on the lookout for an international company, which would comply to utilizing the synergies related to the other activities of the company within lighting industry.

Teamtronic and Ledtech have throughout the years been working with LED technology for large national and international companies, and have based the activities on optimization, environmental and energy efficient solutions. Both companies are able to visualize the bright future in this technology.

Teamtronic focus on sales, consultancy and projects within the component area, and has provided solutions to a large number of European countries. Products from Teamtronic can be found in Scandinavia, especially in Germany and in the Benelux countries. New markets are constantly being developed.

The company employees have many years of experience within the business. Teamtronic Headquarter will be situated In Hammelev Industrial Area (near highway exit 68), 22 Soendergaard Allé, Hammelev, DK-6500 Vojens, and has sales offices on Funen and Sealand. Teamtronic employs more than 20 people nationally and internationally.

January 1st 2008, Teamtronic will take over all market activities from Ledtech and from this date all existing Ledtech customers and new projects will be attended to by Teamtronic.

Former Managing director at Teamtronic, Anders Dethlefsen, will proceed as director of sales. "As a result of the sale to Ledtech, and the activities handed over to Teamtronic, I will be able to concentrate on the sales- and development issues, which in the past have been our strength and source for growth".

Managing director Lars Kjær and Managing director Poul Nellemose, Ledtech are both pleased with the purchase of a strong and innovative company. "We are confident that the purchase of Teamtronic will strengthen us in many areas and activities and we look forward to the collaboration with Anders Dethlefsen, who has been the “front figure” in bringing the company to its present market position.

Stockholders in Teamtronic A/S will be Managing director Lars Kjær from Ledtech in Aalborg, Managing director Poul Nellemose from TTS in Odense and director Anders Dethlefsen, Hammelev between Vojens and Haderslev. Anders Dethlefsen and Herbert Wolf, Kassel have been the owners of Teamtronic until December 31.th 2007.

New managing director of Teamtronic A/S is former CFO in Teamtronic, Bjarne Larsen, who comes from Odense.
